    China is rich in licorice resources, of which licorice accounts for 7% to 10% of licorice, and licorice accounts for about 5.5% to 9.0%. Licorice extract can be obtained by solvent extraction, and further processing can produce glycyrrhizic acid.


    Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate is a white crystalline powder with a special sweet taste. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, anti-microbial, liver protection, throat and teeth cleaning, antioxidant, melanin inhibition, high sweetness and low caloric energy, health care effect. It is widely used in medicine, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food and other industries.


    Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate has hormone like activity, but has no side effects of hormone. As a monoammonium glycyrrhizinate producer, it is important to inform customers of its functions.
