In the beginning of 2024, NCMC held its annual meeting and celebration as scheduled, all NCMCer gathered together to look back on 2023 and look forward to the 2024 with infinite possibilities!
Review & Summary
The picture of time unfolds as we strive forward, each stroke in the picture is concentrated with hard work and efforts. In the morning, we gathered in the multifunctional hall on the 5th floor of NCMC Ronhe Mansion to hold the annual meeting, looking back on the past year.
The heads of each department presented a full summary report from the perspective of businesses. Looking back, there are crises, challenges, and breakthroughs, all of these are the footprints of NCMCer and witness our growth.
Mr. Wu, general manager of NCMC, summarized the work in 2023. First, he reviewed the important progress and achievements made in the past year and stressed what behind those achievements-- "Get down to working, adhere to law and morality, clear goals and firm heart, always keep pace with the times in thought and action, and build a healthy, inclusive and creative team" These are not only the core for the continuous development, but also the key to surpass and improve in the complex and changing social economic environment in the future.
On the aspect of shortcomings, Mr. Wu pointed out that the team as a whole should adhere to the criterion of "Cultivate professionalism deeply, develop fundamental skills diligently, and continue to take every step in a steady way" in order to meet new opportunities and breakthroughs in 2024. Meanwhile, for the new employees who joined our NCMC family in 2023, Mr. Wu expressed his instruction and hope of "practise skills, adjust mentality, avoid arrogance, be patient and persevere, and continue to pass down the spirit of NCMC." Looking forward to 2024, Mr. Wu stressed that even if there are many uncertainties in the external environment, we must always work together, continue to pursue new goals with an attitude of making concerted efforts and enduring hardships to accomplish our ambition. In this way, we believe finally we would embrace our own "rose of time" !
Gather Together Celebrating 2024 NCMC New Year Gala
The Year of Dragon reveals a new chapter--the glorious new year! On the occasion of the annual meeting, accompanied by the atmosphere of joy and happiness on the day before the start of Spring, all NCMCer celebrated the 2024 NCMC New Year Gala. The scene was full of spotlight,shadow and the energetic music. Everyone gathered together to welcome the New Year with enthusiasm!
Crowned with glory
At the end of the gala performance, NCMC commended the individuals and teams who achieved excellent results in 2023, each commendation represents persistence and growth; each honor carries the love and dream, witnessing the spirit and power of NCMC! The astronaut trophies in our hands are not only a spur and motivation for the future, but also a glowing light pointing the direction we are moving forward together!
Return with Gifts
The final lucky draw pushed the atmosphere of the gala to a new high, and the "conventional" super high winning rate, the diverse and innovative gifts carefully selected each year made all of us excited ! With the breaking of a colored ball, luck came to the crowd detonated the excited screams and cheers one after another. And the last extra surprise "Special Gift of the Year of the Dragon" completely ignited all NCMCer!
During 2023, there are surprises, moving moments, persistence as well as unremitting struggle in ordinary days. Every progress is a solid step towards glory and dreams. Although we met snow and storms occasionally when moving forward, we gathered our lights to illuminate the road. We would press ahead with confidence and longing, carrying warmth and strength, and together entering this new year which is full of infinite possibilities!
